Iran intentionally escalating military tensions

Pyotr Goncharov, RIA Novosti, has stated that there has been an escalation in military tensions by Iran in the last 12-13 months and its recent seizure of Royal Navy personnel is an example of same. But with Security Council voting for tougher sanctions against Tehran, he questions if Iran should rush into war.
