Congressman Condemns Genocidal Ahmadinejad

Congressman Steve Rothman (Democrat) feels that Ahmadinejad is attempting to inspire genocide. His accusation being based on Ahmadinejad’s call to wipe Israel from the face of the earth. The Congressman took the threat seriously and passed a resolution in the Congress condemning Ahmadinejad for inspiring genocide. Wiping out the pugnacious Israelis will take some doing. However, taking note of such bellicose overtures is required, as a huge price has been paid for over extenuating the threat posed by such lunatics in the past. The Congress did take notice and the resolution was passed.
“It is my hope that this resolution will effectively increase pressure on the United Nations to hold Iranian President Ahmadinejad accountable for his genocidal words and prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons,” said Rothman.[source]
Rothman called for action against Ahmadinejad on grounds of him having violated the 1948 Genocide Convention and the U.N charter.
