Ahmadinejad WOO’S France
June 6, 2007 by Alexander

Ahmadinejad has very few friends; in fact a handful would be an exaggeration. But he is combing the globe with an amicable countenance. He has asked the new French premier, Nicolas Sarkozy, to not to let French policies vis-à-vis Iran, be steered by the U.S. He eulogized the historical bilateral ties between France and Iran and the fact that France stood visibly in support of Ayatollah Khomeini following the Islamic revolution.
But he still did deride the French Opposition to Iran’s nuclear program. He lashed out with these self-disenchanting words aimed at France and the west in general.
“even if they formed a grand coalition against Iran, they could not stop Iran from realising its (nuclear) aims.” [source]
His opposition of the west has endeared him to leaders like Hugo Chavez. It is an alliance of convenience but puts world peace at great risk. The worst part being that if Ahmadinejad and his Mullah regime’s nuclear propaganda is taken at face value by the international community then the consequent military conflict will take many-a Iranian lives and destroy this great country that has a rich cultural heritage worth of exploration not pulverization.
